Known issues for employersThis article sits within the Known issues for employers sectionWe are aware of a known issue with the July transactions data not showing correctly in your employer account.
This was a result of an issue in the service which we have now fixed. The transaction data for July will be showing in your in account with an early August date (2nd or 3rd of August).
Please be assured payments were made as expected in July and the only delay was linked to displaying them in your account. You will see a second entry in August later in the month for the August payments.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
