We are aware of an intermittent issue that is currently affecting the Apprenticeship Service.

Some providers are not able to see some reservations in their apprenticeship service account that were previously visible.

This is a temporary problem which is being urgently investigated. Please note that employers will be able to see the reservation and can add apprentice details if required. Please do not add duplicate reservations to try and resolve this issue.

We will update this page with further information as soon as it is available.
