Issues with notifications from the apprenticeship service for employers

- An email and/or apprenticeship service account ‘requested changes’ notification, for an apprentice record that’s already stopped. This could be for a specific apprentice or a cohort.
- An apprenticeship service account ‘cohort requests ready for approval’ notification when the cohort is already approved or there is nothing to approve.
Alternatively, team members within your apprenticeship service account may not be receiving notification emails, even though they have set up notification settings.
Workaround
You should ignore these incorrect notifications. You can view the available cohorts and actions you need to complete in your apprenticeship service account.
Select ‘apprentices’ to view the correct cohorts for review.
