This means you may be working with employers who are using the apprenticeship service for the first time.

Apprenticeships.gov.uk. Our apprenticeships hub contains all the answers to questions frequently asked by potential apprentices and employers.
Help portal. If employers have specific queries about the apprenticeship service they can visit our help portal to review help articles, webchat with our advisers, and find out how to call or email our helpdesk.
