Short delay between submitting ILR and data locks

Due to high volumes of ILR submissions, you may experience a short delay between submitting your ILR and data locks appearing on the system ready to action. We encourage providers to submit their data as early as possible to avoid any processing delays. 

 

If providers have already submitted an ILR file and have changes pending with employers, resubmitting files will result in the requests being reverted back to the provider. We therefore recommend that providers wait until changes are fully approved before resubmitting. Please only resubmit if changes have been made and approved. Thank you for your cooperation.
