Apprentices who completed their apprenticeship prior to 2012 and require a replacement certificate must contact their original awarding organisation, if known. If the awarding organisation is unknown, the Register of Regulated Qualifications may assist in identifying it. Requests for replacement certificates should be made directly to the awarding organisation. Please be advised that a fee is typically charged for this service, and the Department for Education (DfE) is unable to subsidise or reimburse this cost.
