Providers seeing 504 - time-out error
Known issues for employersThis article sits within the Known issues for employers sectionWe are aware some Training Providers are seeing an 504 time-out error message instead of being shown list of employers, the employer list you should be presented with will be employers who have granted providers ‘add cohort’ permissions.
Workaround:
Try the service again, as the request may be successful when the API isn’t busy.
If you receive the 504 error message after trying the workaround please refresh your browser and clear cache and cookies, if the issue remains please contact us
