Use your Government Gateway details

To add a PAYE scheme to your organisation’s apprenticeship service account, we need you to sign in using Government Gateway.

You must have:

  • authority to add PAYE schemes on behalf of your organisation
  • your organisation’s Government Gateway sign in details

Your Government Gateway user ID is up to 12 characters. If you’ve forgotten the user ID or password you use to sign in, you can:

 

Please note: You will leave the Apprenticeship Service when signing in to Government Gateway. If you need support with adding the details above, you will need to contact HMRC online services. Once you have successfully added your details you will return to the Apprenticeship Service.

 

Connected organisations

You can add multiple PAYE schemes for your connected organisations to the same apprenticeship service account.
