Give feedback about your training provider
EmployerThis article sits within the Employer sectionEmployers are invited to complete a survey and to give feedback on specific aspects of their experiences with the training providers they use to deliver apprenticeships. We send out invites by email but employers also have the option to leave feedback via their apprenticeship service account.
We publish this information on ‘find apprenticeship training’ to create transparency and improve apprenticeship quality.
Apprentices will also provide feedback on their apprenticeship and training provider.
What we ask employers
Employers are asked to provide an overall score rating from very poor to excellent.
Employers are also asked to pick strengths and areas of improvement from a list.
This list includes:
- communication with employers
- reporting on progress of apprentices
- getting new apprentices started
- providing the right training at the right time
- training facilities
- adapting to my needs
- improving apprentice skills
- working with small numbers of apprentices
- initial assessment of apprentices
Employers can pick up to three strengths, and up to three weaknesses.

This is where you can view a rating scale for training providers based on employer feedback. You can view this information in the ‘provider details’ section on the ‘find apprenticeship training’ service.
