You can change your password for your Apprenticeship Service account at any time.

Change your password

Log into your Apprenticeship Service account and select ‘change your sign in details’ in the Settings section.  You will then be prompted to log into your Gov.UK One Log In account.

Once you have logged in, go to the ‘Security section.  From there you can change your password.

Please note: If you use Gov.UK One log in for any other services, this password will also be changed.

Forgotten password

You can reset your password if you forget it. 

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email and use the hyperlink under the password box when you are trying to log in and follow the instructions on screen to reset.
