Temporary issue affecting the adding of apprentices via the ILR journey

Known issues for training providers

We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting providers wanting to add apprentices via the ILR journey. Any apprentices added to the ILR after 10pm on 27th March 2026 will not appear to be selected.

This is a temporary problem which is being urgently investigated, however, you are able to add these records manually as a workaround until this is fixed.
