Known issues for training providersWe are aware of a known issue where training providers are receiving unexpected DLOCK 01 and 02 errors in their data match report.
Please ensure you have checked that there is a fully approved record in the apprenticeship service and the ILR was submitted after this date before you raise a support ticket with us.
This may be affecting other DLOCKs and so again, please ensure you have checked the data you have submitted in the ILR is correct before raising a support ticket with us.
We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will update this page as soon as possible when we have an update.
