Employers have previously asked about the funding projections that are displayed in Apprenticeship Service accounts. We have made changes to remove some functions in the employer account as we have received feedback about the value of these pages. These changes reflect the complex nature of predicting future apprenticeship funding and of the need to ensure the reliability of everything we display in employer accounts.
What if I still want to retain the funding projection functionality?
We understand the recent changes may be disappointing, but please be assured we will continue to look at future improvements in the way employers can access and manage funding in their apprenticeship service account. We have included some guidelines below to enable you to track apprenticeship finances and make your own calculations going forward.
What can I do to keep track of my finances going forward?
To monitor the amount of funds you will have available to finance future apprenticeships, you will need to look at the following pieces of information held within your AS account:
- current account balance
- projection of levy funds into the account
- projection of existing apprenticeship costs
In the Finances Section of your AS account you will find the following options:
- View transactions – in here you can view payments made into and out of your apprenticeship service account
- Download transactions – in here you can download your financial transactions within a specific date range.
