Cancel a certificate

End-point assessment organisation

If you need to cancel a certificate after you’ve submitted the assessment details, Contact us by 20:00 on Wednesday evening.

Certificates are printed every Thursday.  If you have not submitted your cancellation before this time, the certificate will be printed with the details you originally submitted.
