Redundancy Support Service for Apprentices

CoronavirusThis article sits within the Coronavirus section

The Redundancy Support Service for Apprentices is a free service for any apprentices who have been made redundant or feel that they are at risk of redundancy and want to continue their apprenticeship or start a new one in England.

The service is made up of three main elements:

  • Providing apprentices with advice and guidance on the impact of redundancy
  • Signposting apprentices to local and national support services
  • An apprenticeship vacancy sharing service to make redundant apprentices aware of new opportunities

Apprentices that have been made redundant may already have the valuable skills and experience that your organisation needs.

If you have vacancies you would like to make available to redundant apprentices, please complete the registration form at https://apprentice-support.apprenticeships.education.gov.uk/employer

We’ll share your vacancy details with redundant apprentices through our new vacancy sharing service. We will send regular emails to suitable candidates asking them to contact you directly using the details you supply.
